Breed Health Survey 2022

We shall be delighted if you would take part in the Norwich Terrier Breed Health Survey. This survey is to monitor the general health of the breed within the UK, so please only include dogs who were bred and live in the UK.

The purpose of the survey is to collect information that will help improve knowledge on the prevalence of any existing condition and identify any potential emerging issue, in order to improve the breed’s health and welfare for future generations.

Please fill in a separate form for each Norwich Terrier you own, even if there are no issues to report.

If you have any queries or issues with the survey, please contact Beverley Watkins.

Please feel free to forward this survey to anybody in the UK who owns a Norwich Terrier and is not a member of the club. We want as many responses as possible to ensure our results are as representative as they can be.

If you would prefer to complete the survey on a paper copy, please contact Beverley Watkins beverleywatkinsntc@hotmail.co.uk

This survey closes on 31 May 2022.
