I was honoured and delighted to be invited to judge the Open Show of the Norwich Terrier Club, and thank the Officers and Committee for the invitation. I would also like to thank the exhibitors for their entries and my steward Gail Simpson.

2. Stevenson’s Brickin Early Morning, 06/09/13, Br: Exh, (Brickin Morning Glory – Ch Ragus Extra Hot ), similar age to 1, another well made head, gd width of skull, well shaped eye, gd bite, neat front, well sprung ribs, gd tail set & coat texture just needs to settle on the move which should come with maturity

Puppy Dog (1,0):

1. Stevenson’s Brickin Hot Of The Press, 06/09/13, Br: Exh, (Brickin Morning Glory ­ Ch Ragus Extra Hot), litter brother to 2 in previous class but more together in his attitude, well bal for his age, well set ears, gd skull & foreface, ample bone, well ribbed, held his topline on the move, gd tail and sound hindquarters moved out well.

1. Haynes’ Alantro’s True Beginnings, 03/12/12, Br: Exh, (Ragus Hot Rod – Ragus Pure Diamond), clean in skull, well set ears, gd muzzle, ample bone, gd run-in & topline, well ribbed, sound quarters, well padded feet, moved freely just a tad close behind .

1. Crawley’s Ragus Fair N’ Square, 10/01/13, Br: Exh, (Sheltrice All That Jazz – Ch Ragus Mayfair) ,
BD & BOS, (b/t), not long out of puppy but well matured in body & coat, lovely attractive head, gd width of skull, well placed ears, gd muzzle & bite, straight front, gd run-in & layback, short well ribbed body, gd tail set, muscular quarters & low set hocks, in lovely bloom, moved & showed well in this class and the challenge for BD, but for BIS he just gave up which was such a shame.

Open Dog (2,0):

Brown’s Ragus The Devil Can Wait for Lastarean, 08/01/11, Br: L Crawley, (Demerlay American Boy – Ragus What The Devil), RBD, another well made d, well balanced skull, well shaped eye, gd muzzle & bite, gd bone, neck & shoulders, well sprung ribs, firm loin & topline, sound quarters used well on the move, just preferred the overall profile of LD, 
2. Hitchen’s Ragus Devil In The Detail for Kreatin ShCM, 08/01/11, Br: Mrs L Crawley, (It Ch Demerlay American Boy – Ragus What The Devil) , gd head, ear set, eye & muzzle, straight front, muscular neck, ribs carried well back, firm loin, strong quarters, low set hocks, in gd coat, showed well, preferred overall movement of 1.

Stevenson’s Brickin Glorious Morning, 06/09/13, Br: Exh, (Brickin Morning Glory ­Ch Ragus Extra Hot), not as settled as one but will get there I am sure, balanced head, well placed ears, gd pigment & bite, well ribbed but still developing, held her topline on the move, in between coats at present, 
3. Watkins’ Brickin Early Bird, 06/09/13, Br: Mrs J Stevenson, (Brickin Morning Glory – Ch Ragus Extra Hot),

2. Haynes’ Alantro First Steps, 28/07/13, Br: Exh, (Ascot Sanspur at Yarrow (imp USA) – Baktwins Amber Diamond at Alantro), on her toes, gd width of skull, gd muzzle & straight front, held her topline, still developing in hindquarters, neat feet, not in her best jacket, preferred overall balance of 1 .

Junior Bitch (3,1):

Stevenson’s Paper Chase at Brickin, 26/04/13, Br: Mrs L Scott, (Sw Ch Cobby’s Roaring Chase (Imp Swe) – Miss Maggie), BB, BIS & BPIS, (b/t), ll mths & the star of the day, lovely head & expression, neat well set ears, dark well shaped eye, gd muzzle & bite, straight front, gd run-in & layback, well sprung ribs, firm loin, gd bend of stifle & low set hocks, very attentive & moves with style & verve, shall follow her progress with interest, 
2. Brown’s Lastarean Devils Dilemma, 02/02/13, Br: Exh, (Ragus The Devil Can Wait for Lastarean – Lastarean Sign Of The Kymes), (red), attractive head, well set ears, dark eye, gd muzzle & bite, ample bone, straight front, well ribbed, firm loin & topline, sound quarters, moved out steady, not so compact as 1
